This boat dock is a 2 well design with one 12 x 28 and one 10 x 24. Attached swim ladder. This dock has a painted substructure with concrete decking. The Additional storage shed is cantilevered to save dock space and is 4 x 8 in size. (several different shed designs are available). Post pads, tie cleats, and rub rail is standard.
